Perpetually at the centre of the architectural debate, the residential project has experienced a significant transformation over the past two decades in response to very different scenarios – from the real estate boom to the financial crisis – and new challenges, such as the need to improve the quality of domestic spaces which arose during the pandemic lockdowns and adopting more sustainable approaches to face climate change.
